Lisa Fortenbaugh has worked in the world of Human Resources for twenty-five years. After two decades managing Human Resources for small to large organizations, both public and private, she realized there was a large gap that small businesses were facing. They needed access to the same HR expertise that large corporations had. Without HR expertise, a small business would struggle to grow, hire the right employees, manage employees correctly and they faced lawsuits due to non compliance! Lisa knew she wanted to create a company that could offer HR solutions specifically to small businesses. From there, Platinum HR Consulting Group was realized and launched!

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Fullerton and maintains an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
