Lisa Fortenbaugh possesses over twenty years of comprehensive HR experience in organizations that range from 5 to 5,000 employees working for and consulting in technological, aerospace, real estate and public sector industries covering sales, legal, IT, engineering, business development, program and project management, logistics, marketing, finance, and customer service functions. Lisa has a wealth of international experience managing HR functions that includes Dubai, China, Japan, Malaysia, France, England, United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands.

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Fullerton and maintains an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

She has a proven track record able to strategically partner with leadership to positively affect an enterprise’s profitability. She can quickly understand the culture and an organization’s dynamics to engage employees and help your enterprise reach the next level of success.
